Citrine Smoky Quartz Gemstone Crown Necklace

An 35 carat natural mixture of a combination of citrine and smoky quartz in one crystal.  We were able to maintain this find to show off the gradient nature of the two stones combined.  The dark is the smoky quartz and it goes down to the lighter citrine stone.  It is topped with a diamond crown.  

About the stone

Citrine is a rare variation of quartz.  The colors range from the transparent, pale yellow to brownish orange.  Smoky quartz ranges in clarity from almost complete transparency to an almost-opaque brownish-gray or black crystal.
