Shipping policy
Domestic Orders
We ship all domestic orders via UPS or Federal Express and offer you the choice of UPS ground shipping for free or 2-day overnight shipping for a fee.
While it is not possible to specify a precise time at which a delivery will take place, deliveries take place on Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays, usually within the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. In addition, please note that the posted shipping time frame, if provided, may vary from Product to Product.
The posted shipping time frame is contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties in obtaining authorization.
International Orders
All international orders will be subject to shipping charges, taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The recipient of the shipment is the importer on record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees and duties. For high value orders, a representative from JIAJIA will contact you to arrange delivery. All other orders will be shipped fully insured via DHL Express.
b.) Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Send Confirmation.
c.) Products purchased via the Website may only be delivered to a physical street address. We will not process and/or deliver any order for which a post office box or APO/FOP address is provided.
d.) Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.
Refund policy
Refund Policy
We have a 24 hour return policy. All return shipping costs including customs and duties are covered by the client. Returns are processed after quality inspection to confirm that the piece is returned in its original mint quality. Custom orders, sale items, and international orders are final sale.
Repair Policy
What is your warranty?
We accept repairs for items purchased on www.jiajiajewelry.com.
At JIA JIA, quality and craftsmanship are our top priorities. However, jewelry is naturally delicate and may require repairs over time. We offer a one time repair within 60 days of purchase directly from our website. If you need a repair please contact, hello@jiajiajewelry.com, with the following details:

Covered by Warranty:
- Structural defects due to manufacturing errors
- Broken clasps within the first 60 days due to faulty craftsmanship or materials
Not Covered by Warranty:
- Damage resulting from wear and tear, improper handling, accidental damage, or exposure to chemicals or extreme conditions
- Broken chains
- Tarnishing of metals, as this is natural and expected and simply needs to be polished
Repairs outside of warranty for www.jiajiajewelry.com purchases?
For items that are past the 60 day warranty period, we offer repairs for a fee. Fees vary based on the extent of the repair required.

2. We will provide an estimate of the repair cost and timeline.
3. Once you approve, we will invoice you for the repair, and work will begin once payment is received.
Repairs outside of warranty will be accepted at our discretion, based on the condition of the piece and the availability of materials. We reserve the right to decline repair requests for items that are no longer under our warranty.
Repairs for non www.jiajiajewelry purchases
For items purchased from a different retailer, please note the following requirements and limitations:
- You must provide proof of purchase from the original retailer.
- The item must no longer be under warranty with the original retailer, as we cannot honor warranties from other sellers.
- Repairs for non-JIA JIA purchases are offered at a fee, as these pieces are not covered under our warranty.
- If the repair is accepted, we will assess the piece, and once verified, provide you with a repair cost estimate.
Please note: Repairs for items not purchased directly from JIA JIA are accepted at our discretion, based on the condition of the piece and the availability of materials. We reserve the right to decline repair requests for items bought through other retailers.
