Domestic Orders

We ship all domestic orders via UPS or Federal Express and offer you the choice of UPS ground shipping for free or 2-day overnight shipping for a fee.

International Orders

All international orders will be subject to shipping charges, taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The recipient of the shipment is the importer on record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees and duties. For high value orders, a representative from JIAJIA will contact you to arrange delivery.

Returns

We have a 24 hour return policy. All return shipping costs including customs and duties are covered by the client. Returns are processed after quality inspection to confirm that the piece is returned in its original mint quality. Custom orders and international orders are final sale. Returns are subject to 7.5% fee which covers the cost of insurance and shipping.
