We ship all domestic orders via UPS and offer you the choice of UPS ground shipping for free or 2-day overnight shipping for a fee.

All international orders will be subject to shipping charges, taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The recipient of the shipment is the importer on record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees and duties. For high value orders, a representative from JIAJIA will contact you to arrange delivery.

If you would like to return, request must be made within 48 hours of receipt. If you would like to exchange a piece or receive store credit, a request must be made within 7 days of receipt.

All pieces are subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or store credit if the item received is determined to be damaged, worn, or otherwise unsaleable.

Custom pieces, made-to-order pieces, pre-order pieces, home products, international orders, exchanges, items purchased with store credit, and sale items are final sale. Custom and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for cancellations.

Cancellations and returns are subject to a 7.5% restocking fee.

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to exchange it, the item must be returned to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from www.jiajiajewelry.com.
