At JIA JIA, quality and craftsmanship are our top priorities. However, jewelry is naturally delicate and may require repairs over time. We offer a one time repair within 60 days of purchase directly from our website. Visit our repair policy for more information.

To receive a full refund, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. All returns need to be in their original packaging and will go through a quality check upon receipt. We may not be able to accept returns on items that are damaged or altered. Custom pieces, special orders, and international purchases are final sale. Purchases made with store credit are also considered final sale.
